AL-Fayhaa Solid Waste Complaints Management Center (GODEM)
(August 2011 – August 2012), This project is a component of a regional project for optimized management of Waste in the Mediterranean (GODEM) that is implemented in the framework of the EU-funded programme CIUDAD. The objective is to develop Al-Fayhaa Solid Waste Complaints Management Information System (CMIS) for the Urban Community of Al-Fayhaa, Lebanon. CEDARE developed Al-Fayhaa CMIS, which provided different types and formats of outputs supporting decision-makers and technical staff to gather reliable and accurate information about citizens’ complaints and their status.
