- Promote use of advanced technological tools in water resources planning & management including
- Remote Sensing, Geographic Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, & Decision Support Systems
- Conduct periodical State of the Water assessments
- Study Climate Change impacts & adaptation mechanisms in the water sector
