Developing Low Sulfur Fuels Road Map for Egypt – PCFV

This project aims at the development of a refineries upgrade study for Egypt and a Low-Sulphur Roadmap, incl. stakeholder consultations, financing options review, and dissemination of results in an international seminar in cooperation with UN Environment.
