It focuses on addressing climate change risks while enhancing ecological and socio-economic resilience to improve the economic performance of rural communities across MENA countries. As a key outcome, the Toolkit supports the users in assessing socio-economic factors before implementing infrastructure projects, ensuring that development initiatives are both effective and sustainable.
