Exploring Transnational Challenges in the Mediterranean!

TRACHMED is an ambitious and groundbreaking research initiative aimed at addressing some of the most pressing transnational challenges in the Mediterranean region, including climate change, migration, and energy insecurity.

Funded by the EU, TRACHMED is a research and staff exchange program intended to contribute to the global, regional, and national efforts of understanding and responding to transnational challenges, by conducting research in the Mediterranean on: climate change, migration and forced displacement, as well as energy insecurity

Countries covered: Turkey, Ireland, Germany, El Salvador, Italy, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, and France.

CEDARE has been selected to lead the External Ethics Committee, a role that underscores our commitment to ethical and sustainable solutions for the region’s future.
